Learn to knit your first scarf using the iconic Sophie Scarf pattern! Perfect for just a little extra warmth in transitional weather, as well as to add a finishing touch of color to an outfit! This class will cover reading a pattern, slipping stitches, increases, and decreases. 

Level 1: Students can cast and and work the knit stitch. 

Instructor: Kyla Shea Overbay

Materials not included. 

Materials: 

  • The Sophie Scarf pattern, available either on Ravelry here  or here ! 
  • Size US 4 needles
  •  1 skein of DK weight yarn. 

Students can feel free to come to the shop at least 20 minutes early to pick up materials the day of class!
