Hang out for a few hours and learn the basics of embroidery, including best practices and tips and tricks from an obsessed stitcher. This class is great for beginners and seasoned embroiderers who like to delve deeper into their craft, and make something useful and fun. Folks will have the opportunity to design a custom journal cover, using stick and stitch designs. Each student will go home with a custom journal cover in progress, instructions on how to finish it either by hand or machine, embroidery needles, a hoop, and enough thread to finish their piece, as well as a simple A5 journal that will fit wonderfully inside their new creation.
