Knit a tee perfect for transitional weather! Taylor will guide you through the process of measuring oneself for a garment, swatching, jogless stripes in the round, German short rows, sewn hems, and picking up stitches. This class is ideal for intermediate knitters looking to learn a few new tricks while knitting a timeless and polished piece. 

Level 2: intermediate- students should be comfortable with the knit and purl stitch, casting on, and knitting in the round.

Materials:

• The Billie Tee pattern, available here on Ravelry! 
• Yarn in amounts needed for chosen size- we recommend Knitting for Olive Pure Silk  or Manos del Uruguay Fino. 
• US 0, US 1.5, and US 2.5 needles in 16" and 32" cords- please note that for garments, the suggested needle sizes may change depending on your gauge swatch. For the first class, we recommend just a US 2.5 32" needle for swatching.
