Learn how to knit socks! Mckenzie will guide you through knitting in small circumferences, knitting a heel flap, turning a heel, doing gusset decreases, toe decreases, and kitchener stitch! In addition to these techniques, you'll talk about getting the right fit, choosing sock yarn, and any other questions you may have along the way!
Class Requirements: You are comfortable casting on, both the knit and purl stitch, and knitting in the round.

Homework: Please begin your sock cuff before coming to class so that we can work on the heel during the first session!

Materials:
- A copy of the The Indoorsy Socks pattern, available here on Ravelry!
- One 100g skein of DK weight sock yarn (a light-medium colored superwash merino skein will work excellently for this), OR one 100g skein of fingering weight sock yarn + a lace weight to hold together
- US 2.5, 32” circular needle (instructor recommended) OR US 2.5 DPNs OR US 2.5, 9” circular needle
- Tapestry needle
- Stitch markers, at least one is removable!
